Apartment DP

The client's request was to get a living room and an additional bedroom because the existing apartment layout did not meet the needs of a family of four. So the new solution was to replace the kitchen with the new bedroom and bathroom with the new kitchen. The front of the apartment at the entrance is a public part of the apartment with a kitchen and living room that has access to the loggia. The back of the apartment is a private part with a bathroom, children's room, and parent's room in the place where the kitchen used to be. Although it was not possible to get an additional children's room due to the layout of the apartment and the size of the apartment, the new floor plan of the apartment is much more functional and practical.
